SHRIMP AND CHEESE DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or mozzarella (4/5 Cheddar)
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. mushrooms

Saute for 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter, the mushrooms. Lightly mix in all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly (start at room temperature). Serves 4. Freezes well or make day before.
