SHRIMP DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
2 c. raw rice
2 lb. med. shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and bell pepper in butter. Mix with all ingredients and pour into casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven, stir after 30 minutes. Put back in oven and bake until done, approximately 30 minutes longer. Bake with cover to keep moist.
