MY MOM'S NO WEEP MERINGUE 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
3 egg whites

Combine and cook over low heat until it turns white, let cool. Beat 3 egg whites very stiff, then fold in cooled cornstarch mixture. Spread on pie and brown in oven at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
