ITALIAN ANISE BISCUITS 
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. anise oil
1 c. butter
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Beat sugar with butter, add eggs. Mix in the rest of the dry ingredients. Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll flat on baking sheet. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Slice diagonally, put back in the oven to toast if desired. These are great coffee dunkers.
