CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked and drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
1/4 lb. (or more) American cheese, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, and mix lightly. Turn into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings.
