CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 egg

Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

This is delicious. I bake in the oven in a cast iron skillet and serve right from the skillet. If making for a crowd, I double or triple the recipe, just double the sour cream and corn.
