CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 c. diced raw cauliflower
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 med. head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl; toss lightly. Chill well. Yield: About 8 servings.
