CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 c. frozen peas, thaw but do not cook
3 c. raw cauliflower, bite size pieces
3 c. raw broccoli, cut in bite size pieces

Combine raw vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Refrigerate for several hours and serve.

DRESSING:

1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. low calorie mayonnaise
Artificial sweetener (to make the equivalent of 2 tbsp. sugar)
2 tbsp. vinegar

16 servings.

Note: 60 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
