BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 head cauliflower
4 to 5 ribs celery
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 sm. jar diced pimientos
1 or 2 carrots, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin strips
1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise

Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces and mix together. Sprinkle dry Italian dressing over vegetables and let stand to marinate.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together gently until well covered. You can also sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese or a few stuffed olives.
