BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni (lg.)
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 c. milk
French fried onion rings or bread crumbs

Cook and drain macaroni. Toss with butter. Turn into 2 quart buttered casserole. Stir in cheese and milk. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir lightly, top with onion rings or bread crumbs and bake another 5 minutes. You may add 2 cups cooked vegetables before mixing elbows to butter.
