BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cheese (white American or cheddar)
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Bread crumbs

Cook elbow macaroni and drain. Place in buttered casserole. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Blend. Add milk slowly until sauce gets thick. Add cheese, stirring constantly until melted. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
