BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese, mild or sharp (8 oz.)
8 oz. elbow macaroni (2 c.)
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

In saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt, and mustard; heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; heat until melted, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile cook macaroni; drain. Combine with sauce in a 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs, and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees about 20- 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly (I add lots of cheese).

This is by far the best macaroni and cheese recipe I have ever made. It was a big hit at Thanksgiving a couple of years ago and I continue to make it. I was stressing out cause I could not find it and was not sure of the measurments but here it is. GREAT!!!!
