CHICKEN DINNER CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. raw rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; brown in skillet (electric skillet works great). Stir in tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and rice. Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer 45 minutes. Add peas and olives; cook covered 15 minutes.
