SUNDAY DINNER CHICKEN RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
Salt and pepper
6-8 chicken breasts
1 stick butter, melted

Place rice in buttered pan, spoon on soups and pour water over rice and soups. Salt and pepper chicken. Dip in butter and place on rice. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours.
