PEPPERS AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE 
2 lb. green peppers
2 lg. onions
2 lb. Italian sausage (sweet)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. oil

Cut green peppers in long 1/2 inch strips. Chop onion up with garlic. Fry vegetables in oil. Fry Italian sausage in separate pan until sausages are no longer pink in center.

Cut into small bite-size pieces and place in frying pan with vegetables. Simmer for 5 or 10 minutes,

Serve hot as a side dish or in bulkie or submarine rolls.

Option: slow cook in crock pot for 2-3 hours or until sausages are done.
