SCANDINAVIAN FRUIT MEDLEY 
1 c. prunes or apricots (fresh)
1 c. seedless raisins
1 stick cinnamon
2 cooking apples, peel, core and slice
2 pears, peel, core and slice
1 lb. can sour pitted cherries
3 oz. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water

Soak apricots and raisins in just enough water to cover for 3 hours. DO NOT drain. Add cinnamon, apples and pears. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cherries, juice also. Bring to a boil. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Gently stir into fruit mixture. Chill overnight. This can be kept several days in the refrigerator.
