CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
2 sheets puff pastry
8 serving size pieces of chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices boiled ham

Thaw pastry sheets about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, season breasts with salt and pepper. Saute in butter 1 minute on each side. Drain; cool. Unfold thawed pastry. Cut each into 4 squares. On a lightly floured board, roll pastry square large enough to enclose chicken breast. Place chicken in center of pastry and top with ham and cheese slice. Wrap pastry around chicken, ham, and cheese. Pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
