EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 skinless chicken breasts, deboned
6 slices boiled or baked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 pkg. oven fry for chicken
1/4 c. milk

Flatten chicken breasts with a kitchen mallet. Lay on top of chicken 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese.

Roll into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken into the milk and then the oven fry mix to thoroughly coat the chicken. Put in greased baking dish. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 25 minutes. Then remove toothpicks, turn and bake 25 minutes more. Simply delicious.
