BETTER THAN BEST CAKE 
1 pkg. butter mix fudge or devils food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix in bowl; nuts and chocolate chips, coat with 1 tablespoon cake mix. Set aside. To cake mix: add the pudding - blend a little. Then add all other ingredients. Beat 3 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Fold in chips and nuts by hand. Pour into large (12 cup) Bundt pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, test with toothpick. Cool 20 minutes. Place on cake dish, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
