1 1/2 c. beer
1/2 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves

Combine the beer with the salad oil, stirring the oil slowly; add the rest of the ingredients. Marinate beef, turning occasionally.
