BIL'S FISH MARINADE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. light soy sauce
3 tbsp. white wine
3 tbsp. white Worcestershire
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. basil leaves
3 shakes cayenne pepper
Crushed black pepper to taste
1 whole lemon, sliced

Mix in a zip lock bag. Add fish; salmon, halibut or your choice. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Baste while cooking on grill or baking.
