SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans cooked sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. canned milk (Pet milk)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients well and top with topping mix in a casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
1 c. crushed corn flakes (or more)

Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
