CHEESEBALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/8 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/8 c. finely chopped red pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans (1 c. goes into the cheese ball & 1 c. goes on outside)

Mix all ingredients except 1 cup chopped nuts. Chill. Roll into ball, coat with chopped nuts.
