BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES | |
2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. butterscotch morsels 1 c. butter 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts Confectioners' sugar In a saucepan, over low heat, melt brown sugar in butter; cool slightly. Pour into mixing bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating mixture after each egg is added. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, chopped nuts and butterscotch morsels; blend well. Spray a 9 x 12 inch pan with Pam. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. While brownies are still warm, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 24. |
