BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Confectioners' sugar

In a saucepan, over low heat, melt brown sugar in butter; cool slightly. Pour into mixing bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating mixture after each egg is added. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, chopped nuts and butterscotch morsels; blend well. Spray a 9 x 12 inch pan with Pam. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. While brownies are still warm, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 24.

Im not sure how this taste, because I made these brownies for a fund raiser for a little boy batteling leukemia. However it was a very easy recipe to follow and my oven cook time was about 10 minutes less. They look beautiful and I hope they go over well at the benefit.
