VEGETABLE PLATTER 
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 med. zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Arrange broccoli and cauliflower around outer edge of a 12-inch round pizza plate. Place zucchini in center of plate and sprinkle with water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening to allow steam to escape.

Microwave at HIGH 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender, rotating plate once. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.

Combine butter and garlic salt in a 1 cup glass measure. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute; mix well.

Lift plastic wrap from one side of plate and drain. Remove plastic wrap. Arrange tomato wedges around edge of plate. Drizzle butter over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese, and microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
