CHEESE PIT 
5 slices bread, buttered and cubed
3/4 lb. extra sharp cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Alternate layers of bread and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over bread and cheese. Must stand overnight or several hours in refrigerator.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
