PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 3/4 c. for topping)
1 cube butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Blend cake mix, egg and butter. Pat into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients together and pour over cake in pan.

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 cube butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (or more as desired)
Cool Whip (as desired)

To the reserved 3/4 cup of cake mix, add 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cube butter. Work together. Sprinkle over top of pumpkin mixture. Top with 1/2 cup (or more) of chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Top with dab of Cool Whip.
