EGG - SAUSAGE BREAKFAST | |
9-10 slices bread, cubed 8 eggs 3 c. milk 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 2 lbs. sausage, browned and drained well Salt and pepper to taste Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. In 9 x 13 inch dish, layer bread, meat, cheese, bread, meat, and cheese. Pour egg mixture over above layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for as long as 4 days. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. This can be made ahead and frozen. Thaw before baking. |
