LYNDA'S SAUSAGE BREAKFAST | |
6 slices bread 1 lb. bulk sausage (could use turkey) 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 6 eggs 2 c. half & half Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Brown meat and drain well. Arrange bread in dish and cover with meat. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Combine eggs and half & half; mix well. Pour evenly over other ingredients in pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Cook, uncovered, next morning at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Also makes a great lunch or quick dinner.) |
