SOUR CREAM BISCUITS | |
2 c. sifted flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. milk Melted butter Sift together flour, baking powder and soda and salt. Blend in sour cream. Stir in milk to make a soft dough. Knead gently on lightly floured board. Roll or pat 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter an serve. Makes 1 dozen. |
