2 egg whites (1/4 c.)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Combine ingredients in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water and beat until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Fold in flavoring.
