FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water. Beating with electric mixer until mixture stands in peaks. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread. If you would like a pink cake add a few drops of red food coloring.
