CAJUN RICE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
Bell pepper
1 onion
1 can red beans
Rice (1 c. cooked)
Salt
Pepper
Creole seasoning

Simmer sausage, bell pepper, onion, salt, pepper, and creole seasoning together for 7 minutes. Add beans; simmer 15-20 minutes. Mix together with rice.
