This makes a great present. Once someone tries it they'll keep asking you for more. Use as you would salt and pepper. It's terrific in stews, gumbos and casseroles. 26 oz. salt 1 (1 1/2 oz.) container ground black pepper 1/4 c. red pepper 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. MSG 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. onion powder Combine salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, MSG, chili powder and onion powder in bowl; mix well. Pour into salt shakers or covered jars. Yield: 4 cups. |
