CREOLE MEAT SEASONING 
1 c. salt
3/4 c. granulated garlic (not garlic salt)
3/4 c. black pepper
1/16 c. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. cumin

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in glass jar with tight lid and store indefinitely in refrigerator. Use for beef, pork or chicken - great for grilling.
