CREOLE SEASONED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn
1/3 c. diced bell pepper
1/3 c. diced onion
1/4 stick butter
1/4 tsp. Creole seasoning (one dash)

Saute bell pepper, onion and butter. Pour in can of corn and dash of Creole seasoning. Mix corn in well, along with dash of Creole seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 5 people.
