CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING 
1/3 c. salt
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. black peppercorns
2 tbsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. thyme
2 tbsp. oregano
1/3 c. paprika
3 tbsp. onion powder

Put all ingredients in a food processor for about 1 minute. Use to season Creole sauce and other Cajun dishes.
