CHEESE CAKE 
FOR CRUST:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
18 graham crackers, crushed (1 1/2 c.)
1 stick butter, scant

FOR CAKE:

4 eggs
3 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 generous tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry (or cherry) pie filling

Combine eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Fill pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with the sour cream. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Pour canned pie filling over the top and refrigerate overnight.
