1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. regular rice, uncooked
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. finely chopped onion & green pepper
Few minced celery leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a wide mouthed bottle, combine the remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well, then pour over the meat balls. Cover the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and spoon some of the liquid over the meatballs and return, uncovered, to the oven 15 minutes longer.
