ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
3 (4 oz.) bars milk chocolate, cut up
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

In a medium saucepan heat the milk chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in marshmallows and chopped walnuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until firm.

For gift giving, wrap pieces of fudge with tissue paper. Makes 28 pieces of fudge.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place milk chocolate in a 1 quart casserole dish. Microwave, uncovered on 100% power (high) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in marshmallows and walnuts. Drop from a teaspoon as directed above. Makes 28 pieces of fudge.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
