ROCKY ROAD FUDGE | |
3 (4 oz.) bars milk chocolate 1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts Heat milk chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows and chopped walnuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until firm. (For gift-giving, wrap each piece with tissue paper. Refrigerate up to 1 week in sealed bowl.) Approximately 28 pieces. |
