ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
3 bags (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1-2 c. miniature marshmallows (omit for plain fudge)
1/2 c. walnuts OR peanuts

In 1 1/2 quart glass bowl, microwave chocolate chips 2 minutes on high, rotating bowl 1/4 turn after 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Blend in milk and vanilla. Add nuts and marshmallows. Pour into 12 x 8 inch dish lined with wax paper. Chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
