PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. Wesson oil
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa, water and buttermilk. Add two well-beaten eggs. Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil. Set off stove and let it cool completely.

Combine sugar, flour, soda and vanilla. Pour into cooled mixture and beat. Pour into greased and floured oblong pan (bread pan works well). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine peanut butter and oil. Mix until smooth and spread over cake.

Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, buttermilk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well and spread on top of peanut butter.
