CABBAGE ROLL HOT DISH 
Tastes just like cabbage rolls without the work!!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium head cabbage, chopped in 2 to 3-inch chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 cup uncooked rice
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain off any fat.

Pour in V-8 juice, tomatoes and rice. Stir. Add cabbage chunks and stir well. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Note: Check now and then. Add a little water if it seems dry - should be moist.
