FUDGY PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3-5 tbsp. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine flour, sugar and soda; mix well and set aside. Combine water, 1 cup butter and 1/4 cup cocoa in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Gradually stir into flour mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup buttermilk, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan.

Combine peanut butter and oil; spread on cool cake. Combine 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoons cocoa in pan. Cook over low heat; stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Beat until thick. Spread over peanut butter.
