PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk

Combine flour and soda in small bowl; set aside. Cream sugar, butter and peanut butter in large mixing bowl. Beat in egg. Add sour milk, alternating it with flour mixture. Pour into greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For bars, use 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 to 3 tbsp. hot water

Combine all ingredients and cream together.
