ROCKY ROAD FUDGE | |
6 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate 5 to 7 lg. marshmallows, cut into quarters or 1/2 c. mini marshmallows 1/2 c. butter 10 lg. marshmallows or 1 c. mini marshmallows 2 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Freeze quartered marshmallows. Cook at medium heat. In saucepan, put sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from stove, add chocolate and butter, mixture will begin to thicken, add frozen marshmallows and vanilla. Mix and put in a greased pan 9 x 2 inch. Then place in refrigerator to set. |
