DOUBLE PEACH CREAM SQUARES 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. (or one 6 oz. pkg.) peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 prepared Dream Whip whipped topping

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 inch square pan. Set aside. Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add measured liquid and chill until slightly thickened.

Measure 1 1/2 cups, set aside. Blend sour cream and whipped topping in remaining gelatin. Spoon over crumbs in mixture in pan, and chill until set but not firm. Arrange peaches on creamy gelatin; top with clear gelatin. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into squares.
