DOUBLE PECAN CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
1 jar pimiento, chopped very fine
1 (14 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Put pineapple in large pan over low heat. Dissolve Jello in pineapple. Mix cheese and pimiento at room temperature. Cool pineapple.

IMPORTANT: Be sure pineapple is cool. Mix pimiento and cream cheese into pineapple mix. Then mix celery and nuts with pineapple. Let cool. Add Cool Whip to pineapple mixture. Pour into cool serving dish. Refrigerate.
