TURKEY LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. herb-style stuffing
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 lg. pared carrot, grated
1 sm. onion, minced finely
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together turkey, stuffing, parsley, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning in large bowl. Add egg, mix well. Turn into foil-lined 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8 inch loaf pan. Allow foil to over hang.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm to the touch. Lift out loaf, remove foil. Slice and serve. Good for lo-cal dinner. Only 284 calories per serving. Loaf makes 4 servings.
